The 17th annual Billboard world song contest is underway. The contest offers exposure via Billboard’s compilation CD featuring songs from winners in its 12 songwriting categories. Prizes are also awarded to top songwriters. The contest will also feature a new Fan Favorite category. All submissions are due by Dec. 31, 2009.
