Surfrider foundation bring out celebrities for ocean conservation event

The 4th Annual Surfrider Foundation Celebrity Expression Session will bring celebrities together to raise awareness and funds for the Surfrider Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the protection of the world’s oceans, waves and beaches.  Part of Malibu Surfing Association’s MSA Classic, the Celebrity Expression Session is a great opportunity to watch top-tier celebrities show off their surfing skills while demonstrating their commitment to coastal environmentalism. The two-day event at First Point, Surfrider Beach – Malibu Pier and Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA.  (Sept. 12-13), was first held in 1962, and now has over 275 athletes representing elite surfing clubs from around the world. The event features celebrity surfers Flea, Jason Mraz, Sal Masekela, Eric Balfour, David Chokachi, Eric Avery, Peter Distefano, Brandon Cruz, and Erik Sandin.
