Monterey Jazz Fest Seeking Volunteers
The Monterey Jazz Festival is offering a great experience for students, seniors and everybody in between to volunteer at their upcoming festival. Whether behind the scenes or in a crowd, volunteers are needed, Sept. 14-21st. Organizers are especially seeking participants for early in the Festival week to help set up. Shifts are six hours, but volunteers can stay on the grounds afterwards to enjoy the music. To apply, visit www.montereyjazzfestival.org and look for “Volunteer for MJF/52” on the bottom of the homepage.
