ASCAP hosts benefit concert for singer/songwriter Kelly Buchanan

ASCAP Presents a benefit concert for New York singer-songwriter Kelly Buchanan, who was injured during a street hockey game in March 2008 and is suffering from traumatic brain damage. Fellow singer-songwriters Glen Phillips (of Toad The Wet Sprocket), Sara Bareilles, Matt Scannell and Paris Carney will perform sets to raise funds for Buchanan’s health care. Each artist will play approximately five to six songs, with most sets including a cover of a song from Kelly Buchanan’s self-titled fourth album. The show will take place at the Troubadour in West Hollywood, CA. Tickets are $25 and available at www.troubadour.com.
