Rock the Earth keeps Bonnaroo green

For the fourth year in a row, Rock the Earth played an integral role in the environmental programming at the largest music festival in the United States — the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Manchester, TN. Rock the Earth hosted a series of panel discussions, artist interviews and musical performances on Bonnaroo’s Solar Stage and presented a series of environmental films. The new “Green Screens presented by Rock the Earth,” featured award winning films focused on water, mountain top mining and protection of the Colorado River. In addition, the organization coordinated the first-ever, large-scale music festival mobile phone recycling campaign at this year’s festival. Visit visit www.RockTheEarth.org.
