Nappy Roots, D. Mawl educate youth on life of Ali
D. Mawl and the members of the Nappy Roots were recently challenged with the task of educating local high school students on the six principles that represents the life of the great Muhammad Ali. The hip hop artists each chose a core value and demonstrated what the attributes meant to them and how the youth could apply it to their own lives. In addition, the guests were surprised and honored to have Mrs. Lonnie Ali welcome them to the center, located in downtown Louisville, KY, that honors and preserves the life of her husband.
