Don’t make decisions based on egos
It’s all about keeping it real and keeping your feet on the ground. Some band’s heads get too big for the room and they implode. It’s rock & roll and it’s supposed to be fun, so when you start making decisions based on whose ego is bigger, you make the wrong decisions and you implode.
