When playing a club
When playing a club, don’t ask the crowd how it sounds. Don’t ask the guy standing right in front of the guitar amp what it sounds like. He can’t hear the vocals and it may sound fine 30 feet behind him. The sound person is your best bet on what’s going to sound good.
