Sub City release benefit compilation and kick off tour in Illinois

Hopeless Records, in coordination with the non-profit organization Sub City has announced that the eighth compilation benefit CD/DVD will be available on tour and in stores Feb. 17 and will include unreleased tracks from Meg & Dia, The Spill Canvas, and Four Year Strong, as well as unreleased videos from Rise Against and All Time Low. Five percent of the suggested retail price for each Take Action! Volume 8 unit sold is donated to DoSomething.org. The charitable release coincides with the 2009 SUB CITY TAKE ACTION TOUR, PRESENTED BY F.Y.E., which begins Feb. 11 in Sauget, IL. Like the compilation, the tour benefits DoSomething.org with 10% of the ticket sale proceeds donated to the charity. For more information see www.TakeActionTour.com and www.DoSomething.org.
