A professional image is one of the keys to success in the music industry. If you truly believe you are successful, then other people will too. Make sure you have business cards, a decent bio and a resume on hand, but don’t give them out before you’re asked or you risk coming across as a bit desperate. Get a professional e-mail address that somehow involves your name and a reference to what you do.
