HELP UNIFEM SAY NO TO VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN
Here’s an opportunity to do some good for someone else: One week remains to gather one million signatures to support the Say No To Violence Against Women online campaign developed by UNIFEM, the United Nations Development Fund for Women. Nearly 900,000 signatures have already been added to an online petition which will be presented by UNIFEM Goodwill Ambassador Nicole Kidman to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. Reaching one million signatures means raising millions of dollars to end gender-based violence.
