When shooting photos
When shooting photos, size does matter. If you are using a digital camera, shoot large raw files that can be processed and converted to high resolution JPEGs or TIFFs. A 5×7 or 8×10 press photo can rarely be used for reproduction. Make it easy for magazines and record labels to have access to high-res versions (300 dpi) of your photos.
