Lone Wolf Amps: At Lone Wolf Amplification we’re dedicated to killer tone at any cost. We hand build our amps for the player who needs to feel an amp in their hands, hear the true nature of their guitar and are driven to an extremely high level of musical expression. We build amps that we believe will be an integral part of your creative vision. And we build them one at a time; pouring over the details and testing them by hand (… and this is the fun part!) with a unique collection of scopes, meters, Les Paul’s, Strat’s, and Tele’s before we pack them up and send them to their new homes.
Currently the company offers the 18 watt “Outlaw” model in either a 1×12″ combo or as a stand alone head with an available 2×12″ cabinet.

The amplifier employs EL 84 tubes for amazing harmonic representation and an extraordinary feel in the hands of the player. The 2 channel design allows the user to blend what are basically a bright channel and a dark channel together to create tonal nuance through extreme flexibility in addition to the familiar Bass, Middle, Treble and Bright controls. The rear panel features 2 speaker outputs, an effects loop and an “Ultra Linear/ Pentode” selector that lowers the output by 40% for a smoother, more forgiving dynamic response. The amplifier cabinetry is built from 17 ply Baltic Birch and is covered in durable black Tolex.
