Have all your sources together
Have all your sources together and well labeled. If it’s on half-inch, try to have the songs in the correct order on two reels, as opposed to bringing in 20 reels of tape. Just the rewind time on half-inch can add hours to a session. If you’re bringing in 24 bit .wav files from Pro Tools, have it all labeled. You don’t anyone, at a high card rate, searching for mixes; it’ll get expensive. Having things clearly labeled and organized is huge.
