Michican’s Metro Music Expo to host two contests
The Metro Music Expo, which will be held Sept. 12-14 at the Rock Financial showplace in Novi, MI, will host the WRIF “Big Break” contest, and the Fox 2 “Fox Rocks” contest. The winner of the WRIF contest will receive recording studio time, video tape of a band performance, a feature on WRIF’s Motor City Riffs and an opening slot at an upcoming WRIF concert. Entries begin in mid-August with more details to be announced at www.WRIF.com. The winner of the Fox Rocks contest will open for Lynyrd Skynyrd at the DTE Energy Music Theatre in late September.
