Be pro-active

Be pro-active. There are two kinds of people in the world, those who are proactive and those who are reactive.  Depending on your personality and ultimate goals in life either one of these can suit.  For the aspiring musician looking to achieve global recognition for their art, there is only one choice.  Being proactive and taking an aggressive approach to all aspects of the creation, promotion and distribution of your music is essential.  Great artists don’t wait for opportunities to come to them, they go out and find, or in some cases, create them.
