Alex Woodard is lending A Helping Hand To Homeless And Disabled. Woodard, the singer/guitarist who will release his self-titled studio album on August 19, has a deep interest in “helping folks who don’t have a choice,” in his own words. “Lift,” a song by Alex, is featured in a video for the Life Rolls On Foundation. The foundation is a non-profit group that provides hope and advocacy for young people who have suffered from spinal cord injuries.
